Sarva Pindi / Tapala chekka

Growing up my grandmother used to make this yummy snack. This recipe is from my friend Archana.

Rice flour
Veggies - carrots, cucumber, onions, greenchillies, sorakaya - chopped finely or grated
Coriander Leaves(kothimeera)- finely chopped
Jeera(Jilakara) + Garlic(ellipaya) grinded into paste
Sesame seeds (nuvvulu)- handful
Salt
Chilli powder
Turmeric
Coriander(dhaniya) powder

Mix all the above to make like chapathi flour with one tablespoon oil.
Rub oil to a pan and take one big roll of the mixed flour and press on the pan evenly
Make 3 or 5 holes in the flour with fingers for steam to comeout.
Cover and Cook for 15 min.(On low for 5min, On high for 5min and On low again for 5 more min or until done)
