Snow Peas or Sugar Snap Peas (cut into 1" pieces)
Green Chillis (slit)
Onions (Chopped)
Green Onions (Chopped)
Peanuts (Roasted)
Sesame Powder/Peanut Powder (Roasted and powdered)
Coconut Powdered or grated
lemon juice
Curry Powder
chilli powder
turmeric
garlic (chopped)
ginger (grated)
cilantro (chopped)
cumin seeds
curry leaves
salt
oil
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, garlic, ginger, green chillis and fry for a min. Add Onions and turmeric and fry until soft. Add snow peas or sugar snap peas and fry for 10 minutes. Add green onions and peanuts. Fry for 5 more min. Add peanut/sesame powder, coconut powder, curry powder, chilli powder, lemon juice, salt. Saute until everything is fried properly. Garnish with cilantro.
