Caprese salad on garlic toast

fresh mozzarella - 1 -cut into small cubes
tomatoes - seeded and cut into small pieces
basil - handful - chopped
pitted kalamata olives - handful - chopped
extra-virgin olive oil - 1tbsp
Dried Italian Herbs - 1/2tsp
Balsamic Vinegar - 1tsp (optional)
Salt
pepper

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Leave it aside for few hours to let the flavors mix properly. Serve on top of garlic toasts.
