Urad dal flour 1cup
Rice Flour 2cups
water to make into batter
Salt (pinch)
Mix and put aside to ferment. Add salt and mix. Pour dosas and serve with chutney.
Make Idli in similar way with Urad Dal Flour + Idli Rava + water + salt and let it ferment.
